This week cavnessHR continues to make progress in building our company and transforming HR.
Our tech team is beginning to make some good progress on developing the tech side of cavnessHR. They are making some great recommendations on ways to make the site more user-friendly for our customers.
We continue to take the sales training provided by close.io https://close.io/ We continue to learn many valuable lessons about sales and how to set up a sales process. Which we will be implementing soon.
We decided to go ahead and cancel our subscription to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. As we stated in the last blog. It just was not providing us the value that we thought it should have been delivering. Part of that is probably because the industry we selected (construction) really is not that active on social media. However, we continue to reach out to people in the construction industry to learn from them and their pain points in regards to HR.One item we are learning is that when some construction companies think of HR. They only think of the recruiting/hiring side of HR.
We took a webinar from Moz https://moz.com/ on how agencies can use Moz Local to enhance their small business. This was very informative.
We had our weekly meeting with BINW. We went over what they need to do with their I9s and went over some other items. We are also going to set it up where we give their clients classes on various HR topics. This will be a great way to get cavnessHR out there to the business community.
We continue to refine our Google Analytics and Data Studio dashboards. There is just so much information. You can quickly get analysis paralysis. For those of you using Google Analytics. Which data points are you following?
We completed mission 3 of the Launch Lab Online Accelerator program. They are providing lots of great info and resources.
We went to the Membership and Spike Committee meeting of MBApierce. This committee helps to retain and recruit construction companies to MBApierce. We thought this would be a great way to be involved with MBApierce and meet new members.
We continue to have some great guests on the cavnessHR podcasts. Here are our most recent stats.
3457 downloads and/or views on various podcast platforms and YouTube. We also have some views while we do the FB Live of our talk with our guests. But we keep forgetting to document them. As a reminder, we are using the cavnessHR podcast another method to market cavnessHR.
