I talked a little bit about comfort zone, I talked a little bit about always trying to push ourselves in areas that maybe we're uncomfortable with, or areas maybe that we're not confident about. Or maybe that we don't feel like we know what we're doing. I I guess I feel like maybe you can't do that every minute or every hour of every day. But I think we should all challenge ourselves to do something a little different today.
Maybe you start small, if it sounds scary. Pick up the phone and talk to somebody new. Try to do something you've never done, cook, something you've never made. I think with each of those experiences, I feel like when you tackle a little bit of the unknown, and if you have a little bit of success, you can build on that. The next time you want to do something out of your comfort zone, it's a little easier
