For our weekly update, we did the following.
First, the cavnessHR website is up and able to take on users. Right now it is only at 25% of where we want it. So still lots of work to do and we have an extensive backlog to work through. But it would be great if you could go to the site to take a look and give us your feedback at jasoncavness@cavnessHR.com
We are having a cavnessHR meeting with everyone attending on Saturday, June 22 and then we are doing some team building on Sunday, June 23 by attending the Seattle Mariners game.
Since this is the first time we have all met in person, it will be an all-day meeting. So basically a cavnessHR retreat.
To prepare for the meeting we have refined our executive summary, business plan, sales projections, cavnessHR roadmap and cavnessHR roadmap for customer acquisition and retention among other items.
We will lay out and discuss our plan for the rest of the year and for 2020. With each person talking about their plans and challenges.
We had another great meeting with one of our Board of Advisors. Based on their advice we divided our leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator into companies with 1-10 people and 11-50 people. As he thought the 1-10 companies nearly doubled the 11-50 companies. Since most of the 1-10 sized companies actually, have less than 5 people and probably are not at the stage yet where they are ready to discuss HR. We are going to focus on companies with 11-50 people.
Met with our marketing person Josh. Now that he has moved to Seattle that should make things a lot better with increasing our marketing aspect of cavnessHR
We continue to meet with our customers and potential customers. We also continue to meet with people to discuss cavnessHR. One of our customers Minority Veterans of America http://minorityvets.org/ is looking to fill their Director of Programs position. Below is the link to the job posting.
