At cavnessHR, we have done the following.
We attended the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce orientation https://www.tacomachamber.org/ to learn how to better use their resources to help us grow cavnessHR. This was helpful since the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce is one of our primary target markets.
We continue to meet with about 4 people per day about cavnessHR. These cover a variety of subjects. From an initial meeting, to potential partnerships, to website feedback and other subjects. Most of these have been great for us and we believe we are also providing value to the people we are meeting with about cavnessHR.
We continue to receive great feedback on our website and are using that feedback to make improvements. People have been bringing up items that we had not thought about and that has been very helpful.
Despite the great website feedback, we still need more website feedback. It would be great if you could go to https://www.cavnessHR.com and sign up for a user account and send your feedback to jasoncavness@cavnessHR.com We currently have 20 user accounts.
We have been looking for a payroll company to potentially partner with at cavnessHR as we don't plan on providing this service. The challenge in finding one is that so far all the payroll companies we have looked at also do some type of HR as well.
We are looking at bringing on a UX/UI person and a developer and have one person for each role that we are considering.
The Seattle Angel Conference application process is coming up and we need to decide soon if we want to participate. We see pros and cons for participating in the Seattle Angel Conference process. But as with everything, if you choose to do one thing, you are choosing not to do something else.
