After a long process
I have decided that the name for my Startup will be cavnessHR. Coming up with this name was not easy. Even though it is my own last name. As I said in my last blog post, I looked at 1724 possible names over a three month period before I came up with the six names I asked people to vote on for me.

What has been going on with myself
I have had a lot going on in the last few months and I just wanted to provide everyone an update. After retiring from the Army, I took my first “real” job. However, because of various factors, I made the decision that the position was not a good fit for me. So I am now in job search mode all over again.
