My HR Philosophy
I believe each person should have their own personal philosophy when it comes to work and life.
Below is my own personal HR philosophy. I do my best to live up to this philosophy every day. What is your philosophy?

 Higher, lateral, lower - Know where and when to receive assistance- ESTABLISH GOOD LINES OF COMMUNICATION: Higher, lateral, lower - Find the POC Meet all key players (face to face)
 
- CONDUCT ORGANIZATIONAL WALK THROUGH: 
 Internal organization and supported - Find out where everything is located
 Visualize their mission and objective
 Ensure all levels of HR are on the same page.
- BE RESPONSIVE: 
 Make HR customer service friendly - Eliminate hassle
 Do not be a no person - Find a way to say yes - Be creative and innovative
- BE ANTICIPATORY: 
 Identify current challenges - How does this affect the business plan
 Identify future challenges - How does this affect the business plan
- BE FLEXIBLE & CREATIVE: 
 Hone our problem-solving techniques
 Hone our critical thinking techniques
- MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL LIBRARY & TOOL BOX? 
 Know where to retrieve key information - Books/web/networks
 Don't reinvent the wheel - Keep good products and continue to refine
- BUILD A WINNING TEAM: 
 Enhance initiative, involve the entire team
