Everyone deserves a good workplace. If you're in a bad one, and about somewhere between 80 and 90% of you are in some form or fashion. You don't have to leave. They talk about it on LinkedIn. If you get a bad manager, you leave, a bad organization you leave. That doesn't mean you're gonna find a good one. So you got to make that decision whether you want to stay there.
But understand that you can have a better organization. As leaders, I know you're busy. I know you're understaffed. I know you've got to take on things that you didn't think you would have to do Some of you don't have any training at this at all. You think you're not doing a good job.
But find someone to help you get through this and help your organization become a good one. Because if the bottom line makes a big difference, but the human impact of working in a toxic workplace is killing our world. So that's really our message, we want you to have a great workplace.
